Information Desk
Our Information Desk is located at Entrance 3 near Mcdonalds and Elegance at the Food Court.
Our Trading Hours for the Information Desk:
- Monday-Friday: 9am-7pm
- Saturday- Sunday: 9am-5pm
- Weekends / Public Holidays Lunch Break hour: 12 pm-1 pm (The Kiosk will be closed)
Gift Cards
- When purchasing a gift card kindly present your ID or Driver’s License.
- You can order your Corporate Gift Cards by emailing Mandi.mzizi@excelleratejhi.com
- We only accept cash, Master or Visa Debit or Credit Cards.
- Gift Card amounts can be loaded from R50 to R5 000 per card.
- To stop a lost or stolen card contact Tutuka on 086 111 5196

To check your Gift Card Balance simply visit www.whatsonmycard.com
Spillage Fee
A non-participating fee of R 20,00 will be deducted from the Gift Card if it is used outside of East Rand Mall.
Wheelchair Friendly
- To Hire a wheelchair, visit the Security Office located at Entrance 3 underground.
- A refundable fee of R100 is requested as well as your ID or your Driver’s License.
Pensioner Parking Cards
Pensioners can get free parking tickets at the Information Desk
From Monday – Friday 9 am – 7 pm and on Weekends from 9 am – 5 pm
Pensioners Free Parking Tickets are issued at the Information Desk Saturdays & Sundays.
